"I have had four different trainers in my eighteen years of life, all of which I have been unsatisfied with. Unsatisfied because of the lack of focus and intensity. Josh Wright however, understood the phrase "personal trainer" and when the time of the workout came around I was the only thing on his mind and there was no time for messing around. Josh also ran me through quickness and agility drills and stretched me thoroughly. One thing that I am just now realizing is that Josh understands muscle confusion. He changed up the workouts regularly, and when I say changed up I mean completely different. For instance one workout doing normal sets another workout doing hesitations. Because of Josh my strength and stamina in the Gym increased so much and so fast I almost couldn’t believe it. I would ask people what they thought of it and they would respond, " well ya its Josh, that’s what he does, he will get anyone to greatness" Josh is the most intense, and honestly the best trainer I have ever had, he is a friend and someone I can count on for anything."
